VEGAN HONEYMOONS
(http://www.veganhoneymoons.com) is a new travel business which was recently launched online. They provide the complete honeymoon package for vegetarian and vegan honeymoon couples. The packages include airfare, accommodations at vegan-friendly bed and breakfast inns or cottages, and eco-friendly sightseeing and adventure tours. Vegan meals are provided at the accommodations.

WHAT THEY OFFER
Honeymoon couples can select among many destinations in tropical Caribbean locales,
Hawaii, the Mediterranean, or southeast Asia. Certain packages offer such items as a romantic, candlelit dinner, vegan champagne or chocolates, couples massage, or flowers. Couple can choose among sightseeing tours to a rainforest, waterfalls, or animal sanctuaries, or just a trek along the beach.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Maria Giurcan is a longtime vegan and avid world traveler who has visited six continents. She is also the author of the book “How To Travel The World As A Vegan” and the creator of the vegan travel blog “Vegan World Trekker”(www.veganworldtrekker.com). VegDining.com also claims her as their Boston area ambassador/restaurant reviewer. Her passion for world travel and vegan food fueled her desire to start Vegan Honeymoons. While vegans could readily find wedding resources, Maria realized that no travel agencies existed which focused on vegan honeymoons. Couples have been searching for vegan-friendly honeymoon information online, so she decided to fill that need!
